Mixed Merges was an experiment with the intention of finding new uses for a commonly used digital tool. In this case, the tool was Photoshop's photomerge function.
Images that were not originally intended to be stitched together were selected and processed to combine the photographs in unforeseeable and interesting ways.
What resulted was a collection of surreal environments and compositions with fragmented perspectives.
The book contained examples of the most visually striking merges. The cover was an example of the Mixed Merger process used on type.
