I strive to create beautiful, well-researched, and simple solutions to design problems. I like collaborative efforts with experts each playing their part. I enjoy being hands-on with my work. I aim to make well-defined branding and visual identities (and to break the rules when it makes sense!)
I have extensive experience designing for educational and cultural institutions, working in small- and medium-sized teams in California, Arizona, and Virginia. I earned an MFA from VCU ↝, conducting design research on the interpretation of visuals and sound. I'm currently finishing a certificate in UX design from UCLA Extension ↝
