Letter Head

  • Roles: graphic design, logistics, processing, sound development

Letterhead was an interactive exploration of the sound of English language when typed.

Users spelled out words or sentences via a keyboard, and upon pressing a key, instantly heard the sound of the letter pressed. Additionally, a projected face mouthing these letters appeared as visual feedback.

Due to the complicated nature of the English language, users were forced to "hack" their way to create the correct sounds of a word or sentence.
